How to use J-Chart

  • In our opinion, the J-Chart's unique theory and its appearance are most important break- throughs of technical analysis.

  • Traditional charts are using different kinds of indictors to look for support and resistance.

Unfortunately most of them are illogical and turn out to be fuzzy or even misleading.

J-Chart¡¦s calculated balance points are meaningful supports or resistances.

  • J-Chart is capable to resolve the tough problems in trading.

    1. To distinguish whether the market is trending or not.

    2. To find good entry and exit points.

Two ways to participate the market

(A). When market is undergoing the process of obtaining equilibrium

Type 1.
Point A, Balance B and Image C form a single triangle, which is unsaturated. Market price tends to move lower to complete the unfinished equilibrium before it breaks point A.

Type 2.
There are two balance points D and E of two partial triangles.

Until it moves out of either point D or point E, price has to pave the cave in between and form a bigger triangle.

(B). When market is undergoing the process of breaking.

When high A, Balance B and Image C, the unsaturated triangle becomes saturated and market price break through point C, it will start searching for another equilibrium.
